ABOUT ME

Adrian Ruiz started dancing at the age of ten at Northern California Dance Conservatory. He began his training in hip-hop and realized soon after that he was going to fall in love with modern, ballet, and contemporary. He spent eight years at NCDC when he graduated at the age of eighteen to continue his dance training at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music. At the conservatory he managed to get on the dean's list every semester since he started in 2019. Adrian is also the dance division representative as well as the secretary for one of the only spanish clubs at the school. He performed on the main stage his first time at the conservatory with a Christoper Kinsey piece titled Canti li me Canti. His last performance was to ‘4 Brubeck Pieces’ by Murray Louis. During his time there he began diving deeper into choreography and minored in Creative Entrepreneurship to see how business can get involved into the dance world. He can not wait to learn more about what dance offers with his characteristic attitude as well as interests in making the dance world change in a finer way.
